Semper Fi's goal is to make every aspect of your home remodeling project seamless and enjoyable from your first consultation to the completion to the warranty period and beyond. To ensure an excellent client and custom remodeling experience, we have developed a systematic approach to the remodeling process. We have seen our method help others select the ideal general contractor for their needs and it can do the same for you.
INITIAL PHONE CONSULTATION
Shortly after your online contact submission, we will reach out via email or phone call to schedule an initial 20-minute phone call where we will get to know you, listen to your needs and goals, talk about your budget and timeline, and next steps in our process.
SITE SURVEY
If we are a good fit for each other, we will schedule a site survey. This is the first time we will go out and see your space in person and start discussing the details of your remodeling vision. We will walk around and take note of the interior and exterior condition of your home. We will also take pictures and measurements to help build the most accurate estimate package for you.
PROPOSAL
The third step in our process is to present you a formal proposal. At Semper Fi, we strive to make the proposal package as transparent and easy to understand as possible with our up-front pricing and planning model. This includes a list of selections that we will need to make, your allowances, and the timeline for when they need to be finalized. We also provide you with a day-by-day schedule of your entire project so you know what to expect and when.
PROJECT START
The final step before we say “go” is to provide your own log in information to our project management software, CoConstruct and to assist you in finalizing your selections. Once your project begins, you can expect weekly meetings with your Semper Fi superintendent to review the progress of your project and let you know what to expect in the coming week. We will have easy, clear and open communication throughout your entire project.
We utilize an in-depth project management software package to ensure transparency on all aspects of your project from selections to scheduling to your budget.
