Semper Fi uses a milestone-based 6‑draw payment structure tied to real progress. Invoice timing depends on the scope of work in the project, but typically 10% of project cost is due at signing, and 30% is due the day that construction starts. Terms and financial details will be clearly stated and agreed upon early in the process. Final payment won’t be collected until inspections and walkthrough are complete and everyone is satisfied.

Pre‑construction, your main point of contact is the Project Development Manager. They guide scope discussions, coordinate meetings (designer/engineer/architect as needed), and keep the front-end process organized.

Once construction begins, your main point of contact becomes your Project Manager who will remain in contact through the completion of the remodeling process.
