Assist the carpenters by moving tools and materials into the required spaces, working with and installing materials to be in line with high standards of quality as well as to match the project manager's direction. Responsible for cleanup, roll out, and roll up of all tools and materials. Will assist in demolition, light framing, and carpentry activities.
Conduct day-to-day production operations from the demo, light framing, trimming efforts, and other items as directed by the project managers. Expected to have general knowledge of all aspects of a remodel.
Master carpenter expected to be able to conduct and implement all carpentry activities. Brings fresh ideas and methods to the production team. Implements the most complicated of carpentry tasks and is able to recognize and correct deficiencies across all aspects of a remodel.
Responsible for facilitating project managers' success, coordinating personnel and materials for all projects, assisting in managing selections and allowances, working with project managers to ensure the project schedule is adhered to, helping to develop and implement company procedures, and facilitating general growth and development of the production team.
Overall responsible for the success of assigned projects. Works directly with the homeowner and trades to coordinate and facilitate projects to be on schedule and on budget. Coordinates procurement, delivery, and installation of all materials on the project.
Overall responsible for the success or failures of the production department. Responsible for developing project managers and carpentry teams to create efficient and productive individuals and teams in alignment with company culture. Will help project managers problem-solve issues found on their particular projects.
The face of the company, responsible for answering the company phone, problem-solving, and ensuring rapid resolutions, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, general company administration efforts, upkeep of insurance policies, light HR functions, and general input on company direction.
Problem solver, understands construction techniques, how to conduct a remodel, and rapidly assess problems and formulate creative and economical solutions. Develop and estimate a project while working with the project development coordinator to ensure the existing scope is within budget and meets client intent and desires.
Responsible for screening potential clients and projects to ensure it is in alignment with company direction and services. Works directly with clients to develop their project scope of work so that it meets and addresses their true pain points and does so with an eye for budget and coming up with creative and economical solutions.
Future positions would be, but are not limited to, CEO, Office Manager, Regional Sales President, Marketing Coordinator, Designer, Selections and Design Coordinator, and Assistant positions for current existing roles.
