You also have direct access to the remodel’s schedule, selections, and updates in real time through JobTread, our online client portal.
We prioritize honest conversations about budget and selections, even when the numbers are not easy to hear. If a project comes in higher than expected, we explain what is driving costs higher and walk through options together to align your budget with your vision.

Every subcontractor on a Semper Fi project is licensed and insured. More importantly, their work is consistently evaluated against our standards and they have built a strong relationship working alongside our team. In fact, we call our vendors to do work in our own homes because we are confident in their work.
We would never hire a random electrician because our preferred contractor can’t make our target date. We know our trades, we know their timelines, and we know they will meet our expectations on finish quality every time. These are long-term working relationships built over years, not one-off hires.
Our internal carpentry team handles the precision work that defines the final quality of each project. The framing, the finish, the details that clients notice after the crew is gone.
