We created a beautiful screened-in porch addition which was awarded the 2022 NCHBA STARS Award and the 2021 WNC Stars award for best addition under $100,000. This newly created space features tongue and groove ceiling, hog wire railings and cedar exposed roof rafters. It’s the perfect escape for the family to enjoy for many years to come.

This stylish bathroom is the 2021 NCHBA STARS and WNC Stars Award winner and the runner-up for the 2021 NAHB Remodelers for best aging-in-place residential model remodel. The luxurious bathroom features many aging-in-place features, such as a larger curbless shower with a bench.
