SEMPER FI JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Project Development Team:
As a member of the Project Development Team at Semper Fi, you’ll play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and executing remodeling projects from initial concept through pre-construction. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective timeline management, and ensuring every project aligns with client objectives and established company systems.


Design Team:
As a member of the Design Team at Semper Fi, you’ll help bring clients’ remodeling visions to life through creative, functional, and tailored design solutions. This role involves collaborating with clients and project teams to develop concepts, select materials, and ensure designs align with both aesthetic goals and project specifications.


Estimator:
As an Estimator at Semper Fi, you’ll play a critical role in analyzing project plans, developing accurate cost estimates, and supporting the project development process. This position involves collaborating closely with the design, project management, and trade partner teams to ensure proposals align with client expectations and company standards.


Project Manager:
As a Project Manager at Semper Fi, you’ll lead remodeling projects from pre-construction through final completion, ensuring quality craftsmanship and an exceptional client experience. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and trade partner coordination while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.


Carpenter:
As a Carpenter at Semper Fi, you’ll be hands-on in bringing remodeling projects to life with precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. This role involves working closely with project managers and trade partners to execute framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work while upholding company quality standards.


Marketing Team: 
Being apart of the Marketing team with Semper Fi, you’ll develop and execute strategic campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and engage key audiences. This role involves working on digital content and promotional initiatives to support the company’s mission-driven services. Join a dynamic team committed to delivering impactful messaging and meaningful community connections.


Restoration Team:
As a member of the Restoration Team at Semper Fi, you’ll play a vital role in repairing and restoring homes impacted by water, fire, or storm damage. This position involves working efficiently with clients, insurance adjusters, and project teams to return properties to pre-loss condition with quality workmanship and care.
